Pastor Arlan Sanchez
Pastor Arlan has the ability to connect with people from all walks of life and draw them near sharing words of hope, wisdom, and knowledge. His delight is to know people have been drawn nearer to God. He has a heart for God's people continuely lifting them up in prayer. His revelation of God's Word pulls us deeper. He completed his Masters at Fuller Seminary in Global Leadership and is currently pursing his Ph.D. in the United Kingdom.
He shares himself with honesty and courage and his transparency causes us all to celebrate God's faithfulness. Grace, and mercy are those cornerstones that have been shown to him. He loves coffee and unique vintage things. He considers Himself an old soul in a new wine skin.
Yaritza Sanchez
Yaritza loves to serve in God's house, a servant leader who supports the development of God's work. She has a humble heart and loves her church family and the local church. At outdoor events, she shines in her athletic ability and willingness to join in the fun! She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at California State University Northridge with post-graduate studies in Education, and is currently completing a Masters in Practical Theology at The King's University.
She is a worshipper, sensitive to the Spirit. She's served God's house in active ministry and team building for over 30 years. Her investments in others begins in her home with her family and church family, recognizing their gifts and values. She helps to encourage all to strategize, develop their gifts for God's kingdom and build team mentality.

What began with a vision has blossomed into a mosaic of Christ "where all cultures of every nation, ethnicity, and language can innovatively and creatively worship Christ." It is this very vision that has led hundreds to experience His name. With a prophetic anointing and a propensity to minister to the destined, Pastor Arlan Sanchez has impacted the local community and made his mark in Los Angeles.
In 2004 while pastoring a church in Denver, Colorado, Pastor Arlan received a call from the Lord to start a church in Southern California. Beginning with a small and intimate Thursday night Bible study, Pastor began to sow the first seeds of the ministry. In 2006, The Covenant held its first Sunday church service at the Whitefire Theater in Sherman Oaks. For five years, The Covenant extended its out-stretched arms to teach, help, and impact the surrounding community with the message and love of Christ. While continuing to grow in worship and God's Word in the San Fernando Valley, it was time again to trust God and obey His directive to move. We now celebrate God's promises as we transition and are sown into a new city, Pasadena, CA.
Today, The Covenant is a multi-cultural and multi-generational church that strives to break the molds that Christendom has set. It is a place propelled by God's vision, where miracles abound, and where people can come as they are to experience the glory of heaven on earth.
